What currency are the prices in?
All prices are the United States Dollar(USD) The shipping cost only reflects shipping in the United States. We contact international orders with the price difference in USD for shipping.
My school is tax exempt, how do I get taxes taken off the website?
Our website automatically assumes everyone is in Arizona. Once you change your billing address in your cart the taxes will come right off. If you are in Arizona, and need tax exemption please let us know and we will be happy to provide you with a tax exempt code or you can submit a purchase order to our email, firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes! If you are using a purchase order we do require a copy of the PO. You can email your PO to us at email@example.com, or place your order online and upload the PO at check out.

I need a quote before I can get a Purchase order, how do I get a quote?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the billing name, address and a list of the items wanted and the quantity of each. We can then email you an official quote.
I would like to return items that I purchased. How do I do that?
For all returns, please contact email@example.com with return information.
We only accept return of books that are the same edition we currently sell, in mint condition (no folds, stickers, tears or staples) before 90 days. You have the option of a 85% cash refund or a 100% credit good for other materials purchased through our company. There’s a minimum restocking fee of $10 if you choose the cash refund. Please package materials carefully. No credit will be given on any returned materials that are damaged when received. Returns over $500 need prior authorization.
No returns accepted after 90 days. NO RETURNS ON CD’s, DVD’s, Novels or reproducible materials. NO REFUNDS ON DOWNLOADS OR SHIPPING CHARGES. Returns may be mailed to:

Do you have expedited shipping options?
Yes. Simply add your items to the cart, fill out your billing and shipping information, and all of your shipping options will generate with prices.

Who pays the taxes and duties upon international delivery?
TPRS Books does not pay taxes or duties. This fee is determined by UPS and billed to the receiver. If the customer refuses to pay the taxes and duties, the package will be returned to us. There is a fee for denying and that fee will be the customers responsibility to pay.
I keep receiving a shipping error message, what do I do?
If you keep receiving the following error messages “No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” or, “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.” We can help you troubleshoot the problem!
Generally instances like this are caused by the address in a format that UPS software doesn’t understand.
- streets with North, South, East or West stated differently than the official street name in the address label can be confusing
- the street name on the wrong line of the address label
- to much information on the street name line of the address label
- incorrect spelling
- incorrect zip code
- incorrect city
- incorrect state

How can I track my order?
Once the order is completed you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number.
When do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday. If you place an order after 1 pm MST on Friday, your order will not be processed until the following Monday.

Do you carry old versions of your products?
No, we only carry the most current version of our products. We have set higher standards for our products that our old products no longer meet.
Do the audiobooks match the older version of my book?
Audiobooks are updated when the books are. Some older editions of the audiobooks are available as downloads. If you want to verify the version, you can email at email@example.com or call us at 888.373.1920.
Why don't some of the audiobooks and teacher guides come as downloads?
We carry some books and their ancillaries that we do not publish. We cannot legally carry the downloadable version of titles we do not publish. We do carry the physical copies on CD.
I cannot get my download to work, what do I do?
Please try the following steps:
- Clear your Cache and Cookies and try downloading again.
- If that did not work try a different browser.
- If trying to download on a school computer contact your school’s IT support to see if there is anything interfering with the download.

My download link is no longer working, what do I do?
The download links are only valid for 30 days. Once they expire the only way to access your download is by signing into your account and going to the tab ‘My Downloads’.
If you do not have an account and checked out as a guest, go ahead and create an account at https://www.tprsbooks.com/my-account/ . Then email us at email@example.com with your order numbers and email address you used to create the account. We can add your order to your new account so that your will have access to your downloads anytime.
